- challah french toast
- ache - every single part of me - so bad that i had to let him cook breakfast - just slicing the bread was really really painful
- slept hard
- difficulty waking
- i am told i look less like the 'dying' person i looked last night
- feel clear headed
- anxious
- per Philip i am having emotional issues - he says this because i was crying because i am in too much pain to be of much use today and it seems like there is a lot to get done - maybe normally i wouldn't cry about it
Lunch: (12pm)
- (11:30) peanut butter captain crunch
- greek food leftovers
- still in a lot of pain, everywhere
- spent about an hour only being able to smell "old fish" and nothing else (point of fact: we have no fish in the house at present) didn't exactly help with the nausea...
- unable to really function and be helpful
- a little easy baking (had to have help)
- wrapped two gifts (very very slowly)
- ok, so i'm an emotional wreck...
Dinner: (5pm)
- Hannukah at FMIL's house
- cranberry juice and 7up
- latkes with applesauce and/or sour cream
- fried chicken
- roasted veggies
- hot cranberry sauce
- fresh fruit
- red zinger tea
- lemon cake
- peaches in puff pastry
- 3-4 cups of warm water with 2 shots of vodka and peppermint extract
- constant nausea but no vomiting
- i was already in a lot of pain (bones, joints, gut, head, muscles, etc) by the time we got there about 4
- helping with dinner was a good distraction but by 5 i had to lie down a couple of minutes on the couch before i was ok
- by the time we left at 8:45 i was a wreck and in lots of pain. really really bloated.
- Philip got me home and put me in bed with water(etc) and some light reading in the hopes that i would be able to get to sleep
- finally got to sleep around 10:30
- woke about a dozen times throughout the night in pain
- definitely off, emotionally - prone to fits of crying and paranoia
- mental's a little fuzzy but not bad - still having difficulties finding words
- hoping this was all worth it
- soooooooooo glad this will all be over in a few days
